What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really like how easy it is to build interactive dashboards and share insights with teams. The visualization options are clean, and the integration with Google Cloud makes data access seamless.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the initial setup and LookML learning curve can be challenging for non-technical users. Also, complex queries can take a bit longer to render dashboards.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Start by clearly defining your data model and governance before scaling dashboards. Invest time in learning LookML — it pays off later. Ideal for teams that want both flexibility and centralized control.

its cloud functionality is makes it different, anyone who just has a share access can see and edit reports (with editor access).

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The data modelling is more easy than other bi tools.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Visuals are not much clear compare to other, quality seems low

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have more peoples in team and want to work in same report, then in free of cost you can start building.

My favorite aspect of Looker is its semantic modeling layer powered by LookML. Here's why it's a standout feature: Consistency Across the Organization: By defining business logic (like revenue, churn, or customer segments) once in LookML, everyone—from analysts to executives—gets consistent answers regardless of who builds the report. Scalable Governance: LookML makes it easier to govern and scale analytics across teams without duplicating logic in every dashboard or report. Reusability & Modularity: Once a model is defined, it can be reused across different dashboards, making analytics faster and more efficient over time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What many users dislike most about Looker is the steep learning curve of LookML and initial setup complexity
