What do you dislike most about this product?

I locate the dearth of advanced good judgment irritating. While it does offer simple conditional branching, it falls short compared to other survey tools that permit extra complex query paths and automation.

Google Forms have pre-made templates through which we can crate custom flows and questions in forms and then we can gather all responses from the respondant.

Google forms have limited pre-templates for creating forms so they should add more templates for easy creation of forms.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Google forms helps visualise the responses from the respondants and we can export all the raw data into google spreadsheet with full privacy and security.
