What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

how quickly I can deploy internal surveys or feedback forms without bugging our devs

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Skip logic is an absolute beast in the sense that it lets me tailor the respondent’s path based on their answers. We once used it for a client pre-launch checklist, and based on whether they had a live site or not, they got routed to different sets of questions. No fuss, just works

What do you dislike most about this product?

For client-facing forms, it still feels a bit like something whipped up in five minutes—even if it wasn’t. Plus, exporting responses is a chore if you want it in anything other than Sheets

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Up to now, it’s all been positives about Google Forms, so it’s almost certain that I recommend it, but take caution on branding-heavy use cases

What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

Forms part of Gsuite Forms has an unique advantage of integrating all the applications of the google workspace co apps. The power of transforming the data into sheets cleaning it and further visualising the data in google data studio is a game changer in total. Forms has simple unclutter user interface and user design and simpler access makes it an strong enterprise application

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Integration with Gsuite of applications that's the core component of the form it also facilitates easier customisation in the application

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its doesn't enable conditional branching and statement based branching of the questionnaire which is a major downisde given strong workflows cannot be built out of forms

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Condition based branching Form structure design and UI improvements Wider fonts and colour gradient changes make it suitable for NPS surveys and market/customer surveys Matrix based questioning addition AI Integration into forms Pre build surveys based on requirements
