What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

The best thing is that all responses get collated on an Excel spreadsheet once the responses are collected.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Convenient usage, the drop-down menu can be edited from backend.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Recording multiple responses is problematic.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a great product to conduct statistical surveys or to conduct a short list candidates for a job interview.
