What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

Although it's simpler and arguably less feature-rich than some similar products like Survey Monkey, Google Forms is extremely easy to pick up and use. Also the ability to set up custom functions and triggers makes for quite a powerful solution if you're willing to learn Google Script.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Definitely the ability to write custom functions and set up triggers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's simplicity sometimes works against it in that it could do with more customisability of the various survey templates. You can't always do *exactly* what you want but you can normally get pretty close, so it's difficult to complain.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's slick, easy to learn to use and potentially very powerful through the use of triggers and Google Script if you've got the know-how.
