I like the flexibility and cost-effectiveness of Google forms. This provides the same level of adaptability and capability that some of the higher pricey form builders while being simpler to utilize and comprehend.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

overall, the software accomplishes what I want it to do. This is easy to create form, to execute it, and to monitor its outcomes. I utilize this for a variety of corporate purposes, along with social interactions and other things.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Google Forms is not the good-looking form-building software. No phone application is the main problem. Forms would become one of the best helpful applications on the smartphone if it had a phone application

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Strongly recommended. I am aware that there have been alternative software's that provide greater layout and aesthetic freedom. However, such are too expensive, while Google Forms suffices for the vast majority of users.

It is easy for anyone to create different types of forms using the drag-and-drop builder. These different types of survey we have created using Google Forms include surveys, payment forms, contact forms, surveys and more.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Once I have selected a template, Google Forms will ask the purpose of creating the form and what it is for. Then it shows predefined questions to edit as per the needs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's possible to send email notifications, schedule a close date, and more but these notifications delay to appear at times

Google Forms is packed with features and lets users create all types of online forms. You can simply use the drag and drop builder to add and remove fields in the form or create multipage forms.

What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

Using google forms we are able to back up valuable information from our clients by creating forms that can get simple answer options and also send files as examples or business material. This tool made it easier for us to understand our clients in the best way to make projects that fit the answers provided by them.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

These surveys can be stored in a google drive section and the user can use them whenever they want. We can also have an approximate number of questions answered and extract the files to be sent within the document. It is very easy to use and creating the drop down answer menu does not take a lot of time. It is free so anyone can use it and it also automatically saves to the cloud so we don't lose any data.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The forms being so simple to work with limit customization so each user can't fit the design to their field of work and their form creation options are not neatly arranged. Perhaps it needs an update in its interface so that the design does not look so static.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is recommended to incorporate tools to customize it more as a change in the style of typography and colors to implement. Also the buttons could be better organized to add extra documents and incorporate files in audio format and finally it would be helpful to obtain analysis to see if the answers are not complete or long enough.
