What is your favorite aspect of this product?

How easy it is to create a functional form and receive response. It’s also very cost-effective.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The lack of automation or customisation

If the requirement is a survey service that its cheap and fast to set it up, this is the best product possible.

What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

How robust it is, and its API integration documentation is very well written which is a timesaver when used on a project.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The amount of value it provides on its free version if it's true there are enterprise plans available for more specific business needs the free personal version provides enough value for small projects.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only downside of it is that users that answer a form are always required to log in with their own Google Account to be able to respond.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Google Forms is one of the most forms and survey management tools you'll find in the market, in case you are unsure of what it can do you can always enjoy its 14 days trial version to ensure it provides the business value you need.

Probably the barrier to entry

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Cannot find a tool with faster onboarding than this

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not as sophisticated as other survey tools. i.e. adding logic

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you need a relatively simple 'get-up-and go' solution it is a good fit but for a more sophisticated survey program look at other major survey tools out there
