What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

Google Forms from the start allows us to synchronize with our Google account to have everything in one place. It is very easy to create forms and execute them for a specific use of the work within the company. You can compile many questions to have a better organization and better management in real time. Google Forms is very pleasant to use in terms of the design that shows us and the design of it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The final notifications in Google Forms do the job they offer well and also allow us to customize to our liking. We can easily and cleanly integrate data acquired through working with this tool through spreadsheets or any type of reports which has allowed us accurate and quick analysis through capturing information from our customers to analyze in real time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Google Forms has very few templates available for our use, likewise the fonts we are given to choose from are quite scarce which limits our creativity in execution. In a future update it would be good to implement a way to send predetermined and automatic answers.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Google Forms are an easy way to collect responses to business events and get feedback on how those events are going. Not for use if you are trying to do longer or more in-depth research. For things like employee engagement surveys, we use more targeted survey tools that provide better insight into responses.

What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

Google Forms is the most collaborative facing survey creation tool that i have used. it works so well for my situation at work , because it allows different professionals in my company to jointly create , edit and modify surveys in real time. This has improved survey creation time , since we no longer need to pass surveys from one person to another for approval , when every stakeholder can just work on the surveys together in real time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Google Forms is maybe the simplest to setup and use survey creation tool. Anyone who can surf the internet , is probably able to use Google Forms without limitations. I can couple the above with the easy integration between Google Forms and every other Google tools that I regularly use. This results in a smooth workflow process between collecting survey feedback and exporting feedback data to Google Sheets for example.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Google Forms by itself is poor when it comes to data visualization or data analysis. To explore Google Forms survey data in anyway, I have to first export it to a spreadsheet or a standard visualization tool.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Google Forms is simple to setup without hassles and provides templates which are ready- to - go and mobile compatible. For basic feedback collection campaigns, i will always go with Google Forms.
