It is free, has lots of features and is very easy to use. It is easily accessible. Try it first before any paid service.

What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

The simplicity (in the best way possible) and how easy it is to construct a big form/suvrey from a first approach.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The amount of resources for free users (outside google cloud) as well.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Difficultie of integration with some outsider analyzer.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is the perfect form app if you are looking to improve internal comunication and work surveys. Its great in exporting the data and really come in hand from simple to complex forms. I personally would not say it is the best option for client user in a B2C operation.
