Creating custom surveys using Google Forms is very easy. Moreover, it is the most affordable software to use. The support team is always there to listen to our queries.

What do you dislike most about this product?

All the features of Google Forms work well for us. It has great capabilities. No dislikes.

What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

We are always aware of the procedure's progress because we obtain scores for filled application questionnaires and can receive responses through email. Use Google Forms to create and distribute forms freely. There is no complexity. This will be the first app you test if there are any requirements for gathering data and comments.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Because we recently shifted to a new applicant tracking system, we use Google Forms as part of our hiring process. The functionalities that Google Forms has been absent in our new ATS. We successfully created external assessments that applicants could take and incorporated them into our offboarding process. The system provides us with extra functionality and is highly user-friendly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's possible to improve this product and the customer experience by including more design templates and customization options. Because Forms is a product used for data collection, other products have more excellent features than Forms. Although Forms currently has some useful basic features, it may be enhanced to offer the best user experience.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The intuitive user interface of Google Forms is its most significant feature. Regardless of your background, you can create beautiful forms using this tool. In a few hours, anyone can learn how to use this tool. To keep all your collected data structured, it integrates effectively with other Google services like Drive, Sheets, etc.
