What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

Since it uses Google account, you unlikely need to create new registration for it, it offers a lot of templates out of box and the way you can build forms is just really fast!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The customizations are great, you can also use the tool pretty easily,

What do you dislike most about this product?

The lack of custom CSS support.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Don't expect too much, but its fast way to create new forms or surveys for anything, really.
