Its additional features which are under appreciated like the virus checker. Google has over delivered again!

What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?

- Access granularity, when you use Shared Drive, you will have 5 different types of access level (role) which are Manager, Content Manager, Contributor, Commenter and Viewer. More than any other competitor can offer - Popular and robust DMS, with single URL you can share different access for each recipient - Access anywhere anytime, from mobile or desktop

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

- Single credential with Gmail - Easy to access from mobile phone - Simple and intuitive UI - DLP and Archiving using Google Vault are just amazing

What do you dislike most about this product?

- cannot copy folder - unresponsive when playing video

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Google Drive is a secure and robust document management system yet is very fast and user friendly. It' easy to manage from Admin Console, can apply different policy for different group of users. DLP, Admin Console Drive Audit Log and Google Vault will give you peace of mind of your corporate data.

It supports files with any extensions, supports very well on desktop and on mobile, making the stored data accessible over internet

The GUI is so friendly making is easy to use and store any type of documents

What do you dislike most about this product?

The product comes with size limitations in basic tier, and have to purchase storage once given size is exhausted

Start using the product to store any type of files and access anywhere on internet
