What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?

Google Drive is a really easy tool to use thanks to the Google ecosystem. Synchronization is very fast and effective. It allows us to save time with collaborative work in real time, in web writing, reports, and proposals to clients using various formats.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Google Drive is one of the best and the easiest tool that be be easily integrated in any organization. As google drive offers the ability to collaborate on documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and drawings with up to 50 individuals at once, allowing for multiple versions of the same document to be circulated edited and manipulated.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One of the drawbacks is the dependence on an Internet connection to access the files stored in the cloud. In addition, sometimes automatic synchronization can be slow, especially with large files.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is appropriate for use in digital marketing agencies inside social media marketing, copywriting, collaborative work, and graphic and web design.

What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?

Anyone can use it for their own personal use for free. For that reason, it is a great alternative to Microsoft products which can be expensive to front the cost of as an individual/family.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of collaborating with others. In comparison to Microsoft, I find that the collaboration features are much easier within the Google Suite.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only real disadvantage is needing internet access to edit documents. There is an offline version, but it is not as powerful.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider your needs. If you already use Microsoft products, stick with Microsoft, but if you're looking to start fresh Google is a great low-cost option.
