What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?

We use Google Drive to connect with our field crew in real time to gather and analyze data. It also allows us to collect business papers immediately into the drive from the Google form, eliminating the need to wait for physical documents. We can promptly review all of the paperwork and advise our agent whether everything is in order. We typically keep critical data on Excel sheets, which employees may modify based on their job. It has become a key file backup for our organization, allowing us to keep any critical data from the office, while on the move, or at a client site.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It syncs rapidly, allowing distant teammates to instantly see the same document (and any new modifications). It offers a number of documents from which to pick based on your unique requirements. Team members may upload documents to a specified Drive location, and different access levels can be assigned to different collaborators. You may share files with an unlimited number of individual users, each with their own set of access privileges, or you can make them public by sharing the access URL and assigning varying levels of access to the public.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some users prefer Google software that can be installed on Windows and can open Word/Excel/PowerPoint files from Google Drive while still providing the same collaborative options as the browser versions. The Google Drive UI for the browser may be customized to look like the desktop UX. Because you require Sheets to view Excel files and Docs to read Word files, the mobile version has become obsolete.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Google Drive is great for mobile teams that can now be in the same room and study a paper together. Save versions so that if you make a mistake, you can always go back to a prior version. Drive is a powerful tool that is so easy to use, from uploading to sharing to watching, everything is smooth and in one location, whether you're using a laptop or a desktop. When compared to other similar collaborative software, it is most likely the finest solution.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Não saberia responder, pois tudo é muito utilizado da forma que é oferecido, somente creio uma arrumação visual nas pastas, a exemplo das thumbnails do Yout tube seria bom, ter uma leitura rápida de capa em cada pasta.

You can use the built-in Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drawings, Forms, and Keep to easily edit documents and in real-time. You can upload Microsoft Office files as well and work on them with ease together with your team members.

Consider if you need to be able to work offline or not, if offline is needed this isn't for you.
