What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?

One thing that sets apart Google Drive from it's competing products in the market is it seamless integration with the other applications in the Google suite. This helps in easy email integration, and since almost everyone today has their Gmail account, this makes work very easy. Another thing is that one does not need to create a different account in order to make use of Google Drive. Any user who has their own Gmail account gets access to their Google Drive by default. This makes it very convenient for users.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Collaboration among different users is made very easy, since Google Drive enables users to collaborate with others and share documents like spreadsheets, presentations, etc. Changes made by any user are visible to the other users, which enables better communication and improves productivity among the team. Having used Google Drive while working on projects that involved cross-department teams, I found this feature to be super useful since it also saved the organization a lot of time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While there are not many major cons to using Google drive, since this is a cloud product, users need to vary while sharing confidential and important documents. Even if there is the slightest chance of the documents falling into the wrong hands, the users need to be very careful about the documents they share using Google drive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a great addition to your suite, especially if you or your company is using the Google suite. I would definitely recommend it to small organizations and students on a budget crunch since there is a free tier with limited storage space, which is more than sufficient for regular storage requirements. Before getting the product, definitely check out which tier provides which functionalities, matching them to your requirements. This will ensure you are making the most of the product, and getting your money's full worth.
