What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?

The ability to seamlessly integrate with the Google suite, the storage option packages are also a lot more flexible

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ability to create collaborative folders for real time access of the entire Google suite including docs, slides and sheets. This helps our team easily navigate important resources

What do you dislike most about this product?

Unable to lock files to prevent duplication, can't check in and check out files with colleagues

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you use the Google suite, especially for collaborating, then drive is the best tool to organise these files and control revision history

What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?

Google Drive integrates with other G Suite products like Google Docs, Google Sheets. This i allows for real-time collaboration, making it easy for teams to work on documents simultaneously.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Google Drive allows us to easily share files both internally and externally. You can set granular sharing permissions, ensuring that only authorized individuals have access to sensitive compliance documents. When working with government agencies, vendors, or partners, the ability to securely and conveniently share files externally is crucial.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the granular sharing permissions get confusing and a system admin needs to get involved to resolve hang-ups.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure you create a clear file system and naming convention. This pays off in the long run for a clean file system.
