What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?

Google Drive is part of Google Workspace suite and does its job of storing large files conveniently and securely. Given we use Gmail extensively, accessing Google Drive is easy with the same Google login credentials. Uploading, storing, and sharing files are fast and easy. Even a shareable link created that is so helpful while sharing especially on social media. One can make those shareable files public or restrict access.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Fast uploading of large files. Can be viewed even from smartphone through their app. Also shareable link created.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Dashboard can be made more user friendly so that all the directories and files are viewed more easily. I think there is a definite scope here to improve the dashboard so as to make it more user friendly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Choose Google Drive for storing large files. It is convenient and secure. Even without a paid Google Workspace license, Google Drive available for free to all, just like Gmail.

What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?

Google Drive helps us to fastly upload files of different extensions and saves our data from mobile, computer over the internet also helps us to share the access with specific people securely.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is compatible with multiple devices and allows easy file sharing with excellent user interface and great management.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The initial storage given to everyone is limited to 15Gb per account which I think should be increased now.

What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?

Google drive is very smooth in terms of loading over web. It also consumes full bandwidth when downloading or uploading any file to it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What i like the most is that i can easily upload and keep my files secured and managed here on google drive. We can easily create folders and sub folder to keep the data organized. It also allows sharing the data with multiple options of sharing like direct sharing to person or sharing over sharable link.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is a bit costly and it only provides 15gb of free space, so affording it could be a bit less feasible for organizations.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Based on the experience of it's capabilities of storing, managing and sharing of files and documents, i highly recommended from my side.
