Google chat enhance our decision making process so that we take decisions according to our company’s benefit and progress. They help us to improve the progress of our company and the organization for the efficient results. They improve the business process agility and also help us to improve the customer relations and services.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This platform lets users’ to communicate with their team-mates and leads in a properly organized way. Sharing of files, pictures, documents, and slides is quite fast and easy. The customer service is helpful, fast and solves users’ queries in time. It can be used on web as well as on phone.

What do you dislike most about this product?

This platform contains character limit for the messages that the user can send. The video quality is sometimes blur. It allows only a limited amount of attendees or members in the meeting. The making of meeting room is quite difficult for the users’.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It should improve the video quality for attraction of greater number of people. The character limit should be removed for users’ to have better conversation experience. The number of members limit in a meeting should be increased. The chat room or meeting making should be easier for the users.

What differentiates Google Chat from other similar products?

Mobile devices are capable of running native programs. Excellent GSuite integration, especially with Google Calendar. Similar to other Google products, getting started just takes a short while. We use the device throughout the company and are pleased with how easy it is to use and how stable the connection is.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's quite simple to use: just send an invitation to a person using their name, phone number, or email address. The request is made to the other individual, who has the option of accepting it or rejecting it. If they agree (and are also Gmail users), they can start texting right away. Quick, easy, and very pleasant to users! The discussions are also constantly saved.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Text boxes have the annoying tendency to resize themselves. It is not possible to dock the discussion list. Conversations have a propensity to veer off topic frequently. Sometimes looking for particular occurrences or keywords doesn't work. Pop-up messages can be very annoying, especially while trying to focus on work. Sometimes the messages do not send, and I am unable to determine whether the problem is with the internet connection or the program.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My inbox now contains less mails thanks to this fantastic application. Since I already have a Gmail account, using Google Chat only requires checking in or activating it. This is what I like about it the most. Through their emails, I can add contacts with ease. Additionally, it is linked to Workspace tools, allowing me to access my Drive files.

What differentiates Google Chat from other similar products?

The home office will function even more effectively once video conferencing can easily take the place of the phone. There are clear benefits to simply sharing your screen, working on a project with others, and boosting productivity. The user interface is also very simple to use. The product lacks a number of additional specialized capabilities due to its simplicity.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

A fantastic product that seamlessly integrates with the complete Google product line is google chat. Copying and pasting text from chat into a word document is simple. It's user-friendly, has a mobile app for use, and allows you to utilize chat either inside of Gmail or as a "pop out," allowing you to minimize (but not completely dismiss!) the email page while using the chat box.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The search function could be a little more user-friendly, in my opinion. Finding a certain term or topic requires you to recall the person you were speaking with, and since many of our communications cross over with other people or channels, it takes longer than it should discover.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I appreciate how simple it is to look for a contact in the conversation. Additionally, it allows me to make reminders, which helps me keep track of all I need to get done each day. The messaging service is dependable and extremely safe. It enables easy communication among all of us who have Gmail accounts.
