What do you dislike most about this product?

The most relevant and even notorious aspect is the quality of the video and the details presented in it, in some wirelessly connected devices the stabilization of the video is done with a considerable delay due to variations in the bandwidth of the connection present, it would be an aspect to be improved by the tool.

The favourite aspect of Google Chat is the smart AI based replies to conversations. It makes life a lot easier by automatically understanding the context of the discussion and by suggesting replies for the same.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although Google Chat has a lot of features to it, there are some things to improve as well. Such as the integration with third party tools and platform which are not part of Google eco system, which is somewhat limited as of now. And also Google Chat is not much customizable like some other chat offerings which are out there.
