One of the most important programs in my work is Google Chat, this is because this program is the only channel where we have been able to meet to discuss and build the multiple projects of the company through the web, it is in this place where we have the best tools that we can put to the test to share all kinds of documents to my work groups without any problem due to their size or file format, this program gives us the possibility of bringing together our entire work department in a safe and stable way and exchange messages and information in real time, as well as having a space where we archive old works.

Google Chat is a messaging program that we can use for company meetings and conferences as well as for those negotiations my sales department has with those clients on the web, this program provides all the best tools that provide comfort and integration with In order to offer a good experience to both parties of the negotiation, we have used this program in collaboration in other applications such as Salesforce and Jira and so far all the activities we have done have been really successful, as well as with other platforms that offers us the Google line, I am really satisfied with the program.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I don't like about this program is how other users have the possibility of archiving certain conversations that I have had with other users, this is something delicate and can be used against me, on the other hand, I am surprised how little intuitive it can be the interface of this program, the truth is that it does not guide any of its users to correctly manipulate all its functions that are at hand.

The number one program that I recommend to meet each of my co-workers on the web and exchange all kinds of work is Google Chat, this is by far one of the best programs that integrates with the dynamics of our work on the web to build projects, as well as attend to the negotiations and commercial relationships that are born within the cloud.
