What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Being a technical person, sometimes it’s good to have some automated processes, therefore, I love GoAnywhere's Automation Designer feature, which lets me create complex workflows without using any coding. Also, the Event-Driven Automation feature, which triggers the workflows either based on the schedule or the file arrival, helps me to keep the process running smoothly. GoAnywhere has done a really great job with its features, such as another interesting feature is the Sandbox Testing Environment for workflow validation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I faced a bit problem with the error messages as they were not always descriptive, and in order to make use of some connectors, manual updates were required.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would highly recommend you to use the Email Alerts, System Event Logs, and Dashboard Widgets, as these will all allow you to track failures, delays, and security issues if there are any.

They have automation for FTP and MFT that give very effective solution for managing the file and file transfer protocols.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like to use GoAnywhere for FTP because they have best user friendly interface and best reliable services experience in the market that gives us hassle free infrastructure to perform any automatic FTP process without any failure and also They support on any technical issue to fix the glitch.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No, They have very reliable services and yet I don't have any issue with their platform, I like their services and they have user friendly FTP process where we can monitor all the process via a user friendly dashboard.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you from tech background then GoAnywhere is the very effective solution for you where you get the MFT and FTP both solution at one place.

What differentiates GoAnywhere MFT from other similar products?

GoAnywhere is way more better if I compare it with other peer products, although we have not used much of others product but still I have compared the features of many other alternatives and finally decided to go with it. It supports protocols like SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, and AS2, and also it can be integrated with multiple cloud services such as AWS, Azure, and enterprise applications as well such as SAP, Salesforce and more. These features can not be found be other similar products, they offers few of these features but not all under one platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This tool has strong security and compliance and uses encryption standards like AES, PGP and supports compliance regulations such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS. Secondly, the the web dashboard is intuitive and makes it easy to monitor and manage transfers. A lot of integration options are there with cloud software and enterprise solutions. Workflow can be automated that reduces our time to to do tasks manually.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As we are a small organization, it is bit costly for us, but considering its diverse features, we chose it. Also, in the beginning it takes time to understand the UI and integrations with other software to work on it efficiently Sometimes we have faces issues when updated to newer versions of this tool. .

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would say if you are looking for a secure managed file transfer solution which is end to end encrypted and where tasks can be fully automated , you can go with this tool. Specially for larger organization who have a lot of files to work on and need to keep transferring files time to time.
