What differentiates GoAnywhere MFT from other similar products?

What I feel stands out for me with GoAnywhere MFT is that it pulls a lot of secure file transfer stuff into one place, so I don’t have to keep switching between tools or writing a bunch of scripts. I can just build a workflow that pulls a file from one system, encrypts it, and then sends it to a partner, all inside one project. Also, its visual workflow designer helps me follow along with what’s happening step by step, even when I’m not looking at the technical side of things.

What kind of stands out for me with GoAnywhere MFT is that it pulls a lot of secure file transfer stuff into one place, so I don’t have to keep switching between tools or writing a bunch of scripts. The visual workflow designer is probably what I notice most. It helps me follow along with what’s happening step by step, even when I’m not looking at the technical side of things too deeply. What do you dislike most about this product?

There are reports, yes, but sometimes I wish it was easier to pull very specific details without tweaking filters too much. I’ve found myself spending more time adjusting report settings than I’d like, especially when I just want quick insight into a transfer history or failure logs. Not a deal breaker, just slightly time consuming sometimes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Plan your workflows before configuring anything, and if possible have someone technical help during initial setup. Also, keep the system updated for security. Overall, go in with a bit of preparation.
