Compared to newer business platforms, the interface looks and feels a bit old. It usually takes a while for new team members to get used to how work is organized and how to handle their own tasks. In some fixing situations, you may also need to look at more than one log to find the exact cause of a problem.

It has cut down on the work that needs to be done by hand, made things clearer, and made managing file transfers between systems more organized. The only area I would keep slightly lower is High Performance, because while GoAnywhere supports acceleration and clustering, sometimes interface lag or slower handling in some scenarios.
