What differentiates FreeAgent from other similar products?

Ease of use, pleasant piece of software and a quick, friendly customer service team.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Overview of banking and the fact you can get a discount on the annual price by recommending it to others.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Notifications on the overview screen have to be read and can't just be dismissed. They're never helpful or relevant either.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for it. You'll be amazed how much time you'll save by having accounting software

What differentiates FreeAgent from other similar products?

After reviewing various similar services, we decided that freeagent linked better with our business account and with a very intuitive dashboard and set up was the perfect software for our business. All the main information can be seen on the dashboard summary, the main difference between Freeagent and similiar products - in my opinion - is the ease of use of FreeAgent - anyone even with minimal accounting and reporting skills can navigate this and no endless hours of training required. There are a lot of more advanced features on the software too. But I have found it the best software that caters to all abilities.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's has a lot of features and it's ease of integration with our banking has saved a lot of time for our business . It's also a very reliable tool overall and it's simplicity is genuinely what makes it a perfect fit for our business.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Probably the complexity when linking multiple accounts, especially if the second bank account does not naturally integrate with FreeAgent.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you bank with a financial institution that integrates with freeagent 100% would recommend as you will find it does above and beyond what needed to manage business finances, invoices, receipts and tax returns. And if you don't bank with someone that links, because of how great this product has been overall, I would recommend to consider this anyway.
