What differentiates FortiMail from other similar products?

FortiMail uses artificial intelligence to detect and block advanced threats in real time, making it exceptionally effective in preventing targeted attacks. It provides automatic encryption of sensitive emails, ensuring that our data is not vulnerable during transmission between systems, and integrates easily with Fortinet Security Fabric, allowing FortiMail to work seamlessly with other Fortinet security appliances, providing complete protection and facilitating centralized management.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like this tool and, in my organization, we use FortiMail as our primary solution for enterprise email management. This software has become a fundamental tool for improving email security, data loss prevention and communication management efficiency. With a steady growth in the amount of emails we receive, FortiMail helps us to filter spam, prevent phishing attacks and protect sensitive information, while staying within compliance regulations.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The initial setup can be a bit complex; we required significant time to ensure that everything was configured correctly

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

From my experience I recommend it as its implementation has led to a significant decrease in the number of successful phishing attacks and an improvement in team productivity. We feel more secure when handling sensitive information, which has boosted confidence in our electronic communications.

Each step of installation and daily management processes detects simplicity for users. Regular team members from our organization acquire FortiMail usage skills within minutes without demanding advanced technical knowledge.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Facility management with FortiMail delivers the highest level of system reliability to users. FortiMail delivers ongoing security protection because it manages regular updates which ensure our system remains fully protected. The technical team at FortiMail responds immediately to provide efficient support which addresses our security questions and issues.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Manual performance optimization of the system exists as one drawback I do not like about FortiMail. One drawback exists although it does not present a significant obstacle since the system could use automatic adjustments. The minor operation adjustments required by the software are worth overlooking because its overall benefits justify the small inconvenience.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I strongly advise FortiMail as my final recommendation to the organization. Organizations that want enhanced email security should consider FortiMail because its protective strength matches well with its simple design and responsive support features. Anyone seeking adaptable business software which brings comfort to staff operations should test out FortiMail.
