What differentiates Forcepoint CASB from other similar products?

The software team provided us with better technical support, and the report on Shadow It was very detailed and easy to read, which could be applied to cloud applications using API

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I can use the API for cloud applications

What do you dislike most about this product?

Requires a lot of customization and work

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Forcepoint CASB software is great, but it lacks some of the AI platform features that help with customization, and some customization and work is required
