Automation of Time-Intensive Tasks. Fast and Easy Uploading Features. Powerful Search Tools and Flexible Deployment.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is a digital asset management system allows you to send the right files to the right people at the right time, every time whenever you want.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can work a little slowly sometimes, we have to use the time to get it installed from the very beginning, we need to improve and get learn more about product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Before starting to production environment you should test and POC with Vendor. It would be more fast and easy to get real value.

What differentiates Extensis Portfolio from other similar products?

It keeps our organization photo album in one central place for easy location.Searching by keywords is fast as the software will imprt metada from the photo album folders.Integrates with Acobe Creative cloud via a built in connector.It is easy to use with a user friendly interface.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the support team as they are responsive and friendly to clients.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It takes a long time to add new users to the platform.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The software will aloow you to keep track of all your digital assets and easily find them too.It is cost effective with robust features.
