What differentiates Exceed.ai from other similar products?

It has allowed us to schedule more meetings than we otherwise would have, as contacts often respond to the fourth or fifth message. Even if a contact hasn't wanted to book a meeting, they now often give us feedback on why they're not interested, which is invaluable. It is important to highlight that they save us time and money, in addition, that they allow us to plan more meetings than we normally do.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that they are constantly working to improve their system based on customer feedback. Since using Exceed, we have been able to significantly increase our website's conversion rate, resulting in savings on marketing advertising spend. Exceed has been able to pay for itself. Exceed.ai, designed to give potential customers a "human experience" until they can speak to a real agent, uses machine learning technology to track and replicate successful interactions with sales reps.

What do you dislike most about this product?

This application is very good, but it has little things that should be improved, the application has some restrictions by default. In addition, it contrastively causes errors that lead to idle time. On the other hand, uploading the CSV files to the software is time consuming. This software manages to cover many areas, and therefore tends to be a bit confusing and annoying at first.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We are solving the website lead conversion and pre-qualification problem, which has led to the benefit of a record number of pre-qualified leads for sales reps. I really liked the product. Incredible success from dedicated customers. They are more than just a software company, they consult and make sure you are successful.
