Everything in one place

What do you dislike most about this product?

For a small business, getting used to Exact is time consuming. I often experience complex options that don't make it easy to use

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Exact is very nice for large and total accounting. In our experience, a specialist or consultant is needed here who has a lot of experience with Exact. We as a small company benefit more from a simple software. We depend on the consultant and therefore do not use Exact to its full potential.

What differentiates Exact ERP Solutions from other similar products?

Vendor support and Client Relationship management.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is reliable. It just works. If what your are doing in the platform is not too customized, it works as expected. Client relationship representatives are very good and great technical support.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Customizations and integrations requiring the use of their 3rd party vendor are difficult and not too reliable.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Look to use this platform if it is between 50 and 300 employees. Your company should not have too many existing major platforms, because Max will not integrate too well with platforms you cannot let go of. Modern reporting is not as thorough as it should be, or could be, compared to newer more powerful platforms, that in some cases are included in other platforms.
