I forget it's even there! Which means it is doing its job perfectly.

What differentiates ESET Endpoint Security from other similar products?

I have no regrets choosing ESET since it offers me much-needed protection against online threats. I sold the idea to my team members and since everyone started using it, no one has experienced transfer of viruses or malware through collaborative platforms.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The best thing I find about ESET is its ease of navigation. I installed it so fast, and was able to access what I needed in no time. Unlike other antivirus software, it has little impact on other system operations and doesn’t slow down my work when running. Managing devices from the administrator’s end is quite easy and keeps all devices I manage free from transferrable threats.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have repeatedly noticed that it misses to scan some documents in compressed files hence they end up passing the system undetected and may corrupt others. I have also noted inaccurate alerts on few occasions where documents that are completely safe are regarded as a threat.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you constantly use the internet in your business or home, you need ESET for purposes of evading internet security threats such as malware, phishing and viruses.
