My favorite aspect of Grow is how easy it is to build and customize dashboards. I don’t need to be highly technical to pull data from different sources and turn it into something meaningful. It saves a lot of time and gives a clear picture of what’s happening in the business at any moment.

Everything from connecting data sources to creating reports is straightforward. Unlike many BI tools that feel too technical ( Very critical interface ) or require extra setup, Grow feels more practical for day-to-day business use. Also, the fact that it combines data connections, transformations, and visualization in one place saves a lot of time, this is something which makes it way more different and better than other similar products.

What I like most about Grow is how easy it is to turn raw data into clear, ready-to-share dashboards. I don’t have to depend on the tech team every time it’s quick to set up, and the visuals actually make sense even for non technical people.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike most about this product is that sometimes the data refresh feels a bit slow, especially when I’m tracking live sales numbers that irritates me because sometimes I already have pressure on my head regarding sales. Also, a few integrations don’t always sync perfectly, so I have to double check some reports manually. It’s not a big issue, but it can get a little annoying during busy sales days, because we need to be a little more quicker to achieve our goals however it works better rather than this issue.

I would recommend this software to those who want to save a lot of time during their workday and ensure efficiency in the data. I would say, that must use this software in order to achieve your day to day goals.

Grow allows for the incorporation of numerous different data sources, some of which are not provided by other market leaders in the BI sector. The UI is polished, user-friendly, and potent. The response time from the support service to questions and problems is excellent.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It looks that editing metrics in Grow is client-side heavy, which might cause delays and delayed response times on a less powerful machine. Dataset reports are duplicated into the new metric when it is created.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Grow simplifies access to key organizational KPIs, such as new business earned, attrition rate, etc. Finding the information that piques my interest is a breeze. The dashboards are easy to understand, and I appreciate the insight they provide into the organization's overall performance.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Our operations can now be monitored in near real-time, and our staff is being alerted to problems they were previously unaware of. We are processing real-time calculations of gross and net sales, segmenting that information for use by different divisions.
