Ease of implementation and integration with existing social media.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The mobile notifications and automated sharing really made it easy for top management to get involved.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not so much to do with the product but with the limitations of social networks, to which there is no way around.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for it! Be ready to be up and running within a few days, but also have a business leader take charge on the strategy, purpose and goals of implementing DSMN8
