What differentiates Dropbox Sign from other similar products?

I want my clients to feel like they are working with a big company and this tool helps me to achieve that. Better than sending a basic word doc the signing portal looks very high end and official i choose it because the custom branding features are very well executed and easy to setup. Its the best because it adds a layer of polish to my business that helps me to win more high value clients.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love how i can customize the landing page that signers see after they finish the document. I use it to redirect them too a "thank you" page on my website which is a great touch. The email notifications also look very professional and are clearly branded with my logo. The software is very easy to use and it has made my client onboarding process much more impressive and smooth than it used to be.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the email reminders can be a bit too frequent than intended if you don't change the settings manually. I dont want to annoy my clients of too many alerts.

Times a dayactual when a client is saying they are ready to sign i want to get that document to them right away before they change their minds.-dropbox sign is better because the template system is so fast i can get a contract out in under sixty seconds.-i chose it because every second counts when it comes to sales and this tool is built for speedy it is the best because it allows me to hit while the iron is hot and close deals faster.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the "cc" feature as it allows me to keep my accountant and my manager in the loop without them having to do anything. Interface for adding signers is very logical and it is easy to set a specific signing order if i need multiple people to sign in a certain sequence. I also love the level of security and encryption as it makes me feel safe sending sensitive financial details through the platform. It is a very professional setup.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't like that the mobile web version won't be quite as powerful as the desktop site. Some of the more advanced editing features are harder to utilize on a phone browser.

This is an absolute must have tool for anyone in the high pressure sales environment. It's built for speed and reliability and will help you close more business every month.
