Major stability issues and there is no customer support.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Look elsewhere until the company makes support available. Contacting them with a 24 hour response window is unacceptable.

What differentiates Dropbox Sign from other similar products?

It's super user friendly, and from the user experience it's great. straightforward, clean looking, not a lot of complication for people who need to sign.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The look and branding is great and when I'm trying to get people to sign something, the last thing I want is a technical issue or something confusing that holds them back. It's really easy to use as a user/signer.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is functionality that DocuSign offers which HelloSign does not. My ratings would go up dramatically if I could create the equivalent of DocuSign's powerforms, which enable you to create a template form and then share via link for multiple signers. In the past I've used this for NDAs, for example, a repeat document that always has one signer that is the same and then a new, 3rd party signer.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's great for basic signing. If you want to do something complicated, check and make sure you can really do it before you buy.

HelloSign is definitely more user friendly than other services like it I've used.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I LOVE how user friendly and easy to use it is. I also enjoy that it's very mobile friendly as well.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike that my company uses docusign more.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
