What differentiates Dropbox Sign from other similar products?

We used the product when it was HelloSign, prior to being purchased by Dropbox. The emphasis on simplicity and intuitive design is what drew us to the product and with Dropbox's acquisition, the addition of their brand makes for a stronger value proposition, particularly in security.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Intuitive, easy UI

What do you dislike most about this product?

Since being acquired by Dropbox, we've experienced some stability/reliability issues. We've had submissions disappear after being sent out for e-signatures, where signees are unable to pull up the document when clicking the link to proceed to do so. Had to reinitiate the process from scratch, resulting in confusion and delays in contract execution.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Our overall rating is buoyed by our HelloSign experience. With the acquisition by Dropbox being within the last year, we are still assessing if the issues we've experienced have completely gone away and that the previous reliability will return as the norm. Our recommendation is to test drive it on the free version and compare to other options before making a full commitment. The Dropbox brand is a strengthener and should result in it being a more robust platform vs. its prior iteration. For the long term, it will probably become close to a no-brainer decision as a result.

Regulatory Compliance Includes compliance with regulations and standards such as SOX, HIPPA, NIST, PCI-DSS etc.

Audit Trail View all previous activity including any recent edits and user access.

Workflow Solution allows business to automate approval and action routines for easy fast processing through the lifecycle.
