What differentiates Dropbox Business from other similar products?
Dropbox has versatile integrations with third party applications I frequently utilize in the workplace. Most importantly for me though is the quality security it provides my saved files. Having sensitive files safely backed-up in the cloud without me needing to worry about unauthorized access to them , is very pleasing to me.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the speed with which files are downloaded and uploaded on Dropbox. This has a lot to do with Dropbox LAN synchronisation system , which automatically adds my local files to a Dropbox folder on all devices,, where my Dropbox account is signed-in.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Dropbox lacks provisions for building or automating workflows, which is important for a professional like myself incase I need to automate small, repetitive actions or processes around how I store or share files.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I have used Dropbox, all of my professional life and while it isn't perfect, I find it reliable , secured and will recommend it to groups , teams or work institutions seeking a file storage platform.
