What differentiates Dokmee ECM from other similar products?

What really makes Dokmee ECM stand out from other similar programs is its ease of use. The interface is easy and intuitive, which makes it accessible to all users, even those who do not have an advanced understanding of technology. Furthermore, the speed of research is incredible, which allowed me to immediately find the documents I need.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What fascinates me most about Dokmee ECM is its ability to organize and classify documents efficiently. I can create custom categories and tags to easily discover the files I need at any time. In addition, I can access the program from any device with an Internet connection, which allows me to work remotely without problems.

What do you dislike most about this product?

However, something that bothers me a little is the lack of a document version choice within the program itself. Although I can view and share the documents, I cannot directly make changes to them. That is, something that is considered essential to speed up the workflow even more.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

In summary, I would recommend Dokmee ECM to anyone or organization trying to find an efficient and affordable document management solution. Its intuitive interface, speed of investigation and ability to connect with other systems are properties that make it stand out. Although it has several restrictions, generally, my experience was positive and I consider this program to be an amazing choice to improve organization and participation in any company.

Absence of the OTP system for the moment but the're planning to update it

I strongly recommend this product. It's one of the best in the field of records management
