What differentiates Dokmee ECM from other similar products?

It is a great management tool with solid features for document sharing and data capturing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Very secure, easy to use ECM. Easy to configure and start with flexible user interface. Integrates well with other products.

What do you dislike most about this product?

None. I love this feature if data capturing and file sharing because it saves alot of time to communicate across different departments.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Highly recommend for its ability to automate most of business needs, easy to use product.

What differentiates Dokmee ECM from other similar products?

Dokmee ECM is an efficient and affordable enterprise content management system that is simple to use developed to support document storage , capture, and file sharing. Its features are more powerful and easy to use compared to other similar products. Its seamless integrations with third-party systems and hardware systems like scanners and printers are incredible. The support is responsive and incredible.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The interface is user-friendly and makes using the features simple for all users. We can effortlessly download files easily and fast without experiencing system lag. I love that we can all gain access to data easily and data is always up to date. The search engine capabilities are amazing as we can search any file we want by type and easily access them quickly without boggling through huge files. The best thing it has eliminated is the use of paper with the system automating all our workflows processes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The setup is not easy but the support system is willing to assist to get us moving into enjoying the benefits of the software.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It has increased operations efficiency and made documents to be accessible simplifying work for us. It is a powerful tool for an organization that wants to digitize its operations and eliminate the use of paper-based processes.
