Responsive support. Workflow improvements and invoice approvals are very smooth.

Saves time, paper, and accuracy.

Updates do not always propagate to clients running on servers, sometimes require manual interaction.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Have a basic technical understanding of the processes. Issues are typically resolved quickly and easily if you have an admin on-hand.

I like the security features of this product. The fact that it's scalable makes it ideal for business use. The software is affordable Offers some of the best content security features.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have not experienced problems using this product.

For content management and security, Epicor ECM (formerly DocStar) never disappoint. It's secure, affordable, and scalable. It has all that a business needs.
