What differentiates Docebo from other similar products?

The Docebeo team is really lovely to work with. My experience with the Sales team, implementation Managers, and Customer Success Manager continues to be brilliant! The whole team is very knowledgeable, friendly, and always helpful. The 24/7 support team is worth its weight in gold, especially in the early days of learning how the platform works.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

'Docebo University' is great and is essential learning for the early days of using the platform. Our learners find the site UI very user-friendly as we continue to add new content. The new Insights dashboard is my new favourite feature and it is continuously being improved.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't dislike anything.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Docebo stood out for me because it's a platform that at the time of buying met our needs and importantly will meet any of our future needs. As the platform met all my needs, it was the professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness of the Docebo team, that helped to make my decision to choose Docebo, and I'm incredibly pleased I did!

What differentiates Docebo from other similar products?

Very user friendly, modern, lots of features, friendly staff/support

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Lots of features that are easy to use, very intuitive for both admin and learner

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are certain areas that really need updating and I'm not sure why it still hasn't as the community has been asking for it for years. For example, updating certificate templates is a pain, you can't duplicate an ILT, the course catalog area doesn't show the catalog code despite every other area showing codes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely give it a go, chances are Docebo has what you need.
