What differentiates Docebo from other similar products?

Docebo is constantly updated with the new learning trends and the factors that intervene in the development of functions. The learners interface is easy and intuitive. The superadmin dashboard makes customer service easy because everything is right there when you need it. The attention fro customer service team is amazing. It has modern user experience and It is not clumsy.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Nice clean UI. Easy to brand and implement. The ability to manage multiple branches and catalogs. Dedicated and concerned customer success manager.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The admin side is little clunky.Reporting is not really customizable and leaves a lot to be desiredi also dislike the e-commerce functionality needs improvement.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Reach out to existing users to fully understand their experience.

It is more well-established than other companies in teh field.

I like how easy it is to use for both staff and students.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It isn't cheap so that is one thing that you have to deal with for this product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would look around the LMS field and see what is the best for your company before making a decision on who to go with.
