What differentiates Docebo Learn Platform from other similar products?

Docebo looks great in use cases but we underestimated how much work would go in to actually making it look and run that way. If you have the time and energy to dedicate to customizing every aspect of the LMS then you would likely enjoy this product. When its done right it looks great and is easy to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The amount of customization they offer is great. That leads to a really slick product that fits the voice and brand you are looking to achieve.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The reporting is dismal. Its an expensive product and not having strong reporting capabilities makes it difficult for the L&D team to give the ROI to the business. The admin side is also very difficult to use- you often have to take the 'long way' when trying to do anything (ie enroll learners, pull a report, take attendance) there isn't an intuitive option for many functions in the platform.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This can be a great LMS if you have the time and energy to dedicate putting a lot of work into customizing it.

What differentiates Docebo Learn Platform from other similar products?

Docebo is one of the best cloud-based learning management system we use to give new staff the knowledge they need, up-skilling, compliance training. They offers the best customer support teaching users how to use this tool.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the use of AI to suggest learning paths, content, help with microlearning creation, shape content and more. This enables learners to get tailored content rather than one size fits all.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For new users, setting up, configuring, understanding all modules may be a bit steep.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It works well with many learning employees from many different geographical areas. But not ideal for small team working under tight budget.
