What differentiates DISCO Ediscovery from other similar products?

DISCO allows the end user to generate a meta-data report that captures all tags and document notes that have been added by the review team. The report exports to excel and standard excel features can be used to sort the data by document tag.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The meta data report allows me to share a list of documents with the comments that I've added to senior management for quick review to determine the hottest docs on the list.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The metadata report does not allow the end user to select fields to be included in the report, and the end user must delete columns manually that are not needed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The organization of documents for review is easy to use. The mass- foldering feature allows the end user to save all hits to a particular search term. The syntax of DISCO is easy to use, and the search builder helps the end user learn the syntax.
