Deel is a great problem-solver product for companies that are considering going remote-first. It enables people to work all over the world with zero problems and full power of management.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Deel is very reliable and insightful when it comes to the country's specific requirements, needs, and laws. It makes the end user feel safe and cared for.

What do you dislike most about this product?

the architecture of the end-user platform is a bit confusing, but it is always possible to find what is searched for.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend using Deel to switch to enable your company to hire people from all over the world. It removes all the hassle from the company's side and gives support and all meaningful information to the end-user, adjusting to the foreign country's laws and regulations.
