What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?

Dayforce is truly the one platform in the workforce management industry on which we depend blindly. Going above our expectations, it has significantly reduced manual entry and helped us in many small but meaningful ways. My accounting team collaborates better with the HR team because we are all using this incredible system.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My work demands me to rely completely and fully on accurate time data, and choosing Dayforce was the best decision we made. It effortlessly syncs attendance, time, and payroll without needing any third-party. It also lets me perform customizations on reports according to the needs of my accounting team.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have experienced that it takes more time than usual to configure while setting up the permissions.

I would greatly recommend this iconic platform to bring clarity, have a reliable, streamlined, structured, and practical solution.

What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?

I believe that we have achieved faster consents and fewer payroll amendments as the system is now enabled to catch accurate time and attendance data with the help of location-based and shift documentation. Moreover, our scheduling processes are now involving fewer spreadsheets and requiring fewer manual interventions by executing Dayforce.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really like the open API and integration capabilities offered by Dayforce, as it smoothly connects with our HRIS and ERP systems. I also appreciate that this platform offers efficient operational intelligence instead of raw data, so our team focuses on calculated decisions rather than going for regulations.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes, the post-implementation support is missing and leaves issues unattended for a vast period of time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking to implement some calculated workforce planning and optimize the time and attendance tracking, then you should definitely try using Dayforce.
