What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?

We are very happy because of having such a powerful workforce management solution: the Ceridian Dayforce, which handles all of our payroll, performance management, and human resources needs in one central location. We now have a single source of information that makes it tremendously easier for us to manage our headcount and give managers access to precise information about their employees.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ceridian Dayforce is excellent at handling the entire workforce. It has the ability to select the ideal candidates. Work-life balance techniques are also given to employees by this system. I appreciate that the onboarding process can be broken down into manageable phases. It can wisely handle benefits for employees. It also saves time by providing us with a seamless management experience for our workforce and human resources.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There aren't any major aspects except its interface which I specifically dislike as its daily user. It is uncomplicated and adaptable. Ceridian Dayforce is tricky for novices to know and understand since it takes time to perfect, but once they do, they will adore it and never want to leave.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ceridian Dayforce's user-friendly functionality and an overburdened bag of features appeal to me the most. I am able to view my collected vacation and PTO in real-time as a user. Additionally, I am also able to examine and print my check stubs. Anyone who wants the same functionality and has the same needs can use Ceridian Dayforce as an employee and workforce management system.

What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?

The best thing and unique thing about the product that I like about Dayforce is how easy it is to navigate and how well it organizes all of the information. It is simple to navigate our calendar, pay period, holidays, position, and so on.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I had a wonderful experience with this platform and I'll continue further to get more benefits because with time it becomes more powerful than ever by adding new features. Dayforce is a simple web app that my company uses to track our vacation days. It has a simple interface and additional features such as earnings information and related forms. I like how it will email our manager and provide an interface for his approval about requested time off. It greatly simplifies the entire process.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Dayforce could benefit from more robust reporting within the application, but they have recently released a new business intelligence tool to address this need. There are some quirks with the new HTML timesheets. When creating reports or XML forms, advanced knowledge of software engineering is required.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend Ceridian Dayforce because of its efficient scheduling tools. There are numerous filters available to help you narrow down your search. I like the employee progress page and the ability to use questionnaires to help retain employees. Everything is well organized and performed well in all situations and provides a great user experience.

What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?

The tool is doing what we expect from it. First and foremost it has a clean interface and allows us to request and communicate time off clearly and effectively.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ceridian has an easy-to-use interface and is relatively simple in doing what it is supposed to do to track an employee's time. It's a time saver as it saves me time when looking for personal information. It's great and I love to have everything in a unified place. Everything is in one place, from payroll to time-off requests.

What do you dislike most about this product?

My complaint is less about Ceridian as a platform and more about the support team's lack of cohesiveness. I believe that the importance and quality of communication and follow-through vary greatly from case to case. The system has a plethora of features that must be customized by a consultant.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend Ceridian Dayforce to anyone looking for a great time clock solution. The system has a lot of flexibility and functionality. The user interface is extremely user-friendly and the system is well-liked by both current and new employees. I had an excellent experience with it therefore I believe others have the same experience with it.
