What do you dislike most about this product?

What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?

I like international payroll support, mobile access, real-time data-driven insights, smart scheduling, frequent updates, versatility and scalability, AI insights, time and cost saving, which make Dayforce different from other platforms in the market.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I appreciate how Dayforce utilises AI insights and provides intelligent scheduling, which has helped balance operational needs with workforce availability. I also get to automate my tasks and get data-driven insights without having to spend extra hours. The mobile app works effectively and has proved very helpful in remote login.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The schedule sync does not always work properly, which leads to task shifts not popping up on time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A great platform to shine your personnel and manage them effectively.
