What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?

It require you to customize it to fit your company. It is not a cookie cutter product.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the Payroll Feature. I can create a new earnings code, bring it into payroll, and calculate immediately to see how it will work.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Our product is different than any other company so when I need support, we often wait for support to get a copy of our production.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Know your organization and how it will be setup. It is the ground floor of the implementation.

What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?

The product is differentiated in that it is lead by a tech saavy CEO and a company that genuinely cares about the customer and their needs. Payroll, Benefits, tax, and Time have always been incredible strengths with very solid talent modules built around it to support the evolving needs of customers like us.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the accuracy and flexibility of payroll which has always been such a strong aspect of Dayforce. The talent modules have been built from within even through some acquisitions and are seamless with the employee’s record.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Mobile functionality, primary with self-service forms.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Dayforce is leading edge in this space and the true differentiator is the support of the product from the company and its vast user base

What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?

I wanted to share some feedback based on my experience with our timekeeping systems. Previously, we used HPW with Ceridian, and transitioning between systems was quite challenging. Now that we’re using DF, I appreciate that it offers an all-in-one solution. I find this integration much more efficient and user-friendly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

HR, compensation, 401K etc are all accessible for payroll

What do you dislike most about this product?

The the ability to print timesheets directly from the screen. We were initially informed that this feature would be available, but it seems we are currently unable to do so. While we can print reports, during audits, it's often required to provide actual timesheets, including those for managers. Being able to print them directly would greatly facilitate this process.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure they do a demonstration on everything you are requesting to make sure they can provide the service.
