What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?

One of the standout use cases for Ceridian Dayforce in our organization is its integrated approach to workforce management. The software seamlessly connects various HR processes, from payroll and time tracking to talent management.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the self-service functionality. Employees can easily access and update their personal information, review pay stubs, and request time off without HR intervention. This not only saves time but also empowers employees to take control of their HR-related needs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The reporting capabilities.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ceridian Dayforce excels in various HR functions, but it particularly shines in payroll and time management. The seamless integration of time tracking with payroll ensures accurate and timely processing.
