Customer service support is very good related to similar products. And provide tax calculation as desired by our business.

Reporting and You can easily reconcile reports with accounting software. User Interface is friendly

Integration with tax authority and helping in the reporting requirements

flexibility to customize various aspects of payroll is hard

Be sure about the internal payroll requirements which are country specific
